摘 要:"新工科"发展的背景下,工程伦理教育备受重视,已成为浙江工业大学全日制工程类硕士专业学位研究生的必修课。为了提高轻工技术与工程伦理学教学效果,研究采用通论案例与专业案例结合的互动讨论模式,总结和分析专业特色鲜明且伦理问题突出的特色案例,研讨各种工程伦理问题。教学实践表明:合理配置的专业特色案例的讨论,加深了学生对典型伦理问题的理解,加强了其工程师职业伦理责任,培养了良好的工程伦理意识和应对伦理冲突时的决策能力,提高了工程伦理学的教学效果。Under the background of the development of“Emerging Engineering Education”,Light industry technology and engineering ethics has recived much attention,and has become a compulsory course for full-time engineering master degree in Zhejiang University of Technology.In order to improve the teaching quality,interactive discussion of ethical case was adopted in class,including general cases of engineering ethics and special cases in the field of light industry technology and engineering.Teaching practice shows that the interactive discussion of these cases deepens students’understanding of typical ethical issues,such as risk,safety,responsibility,justice,environment,and the professional ethical responsibilities of engineers.Case discussion could cultivate their good engineering ethics awareness and improve decision-making ability in response to engineering ethical conflicts,and improve the teaching effect of engineering ethics.
