脑外伤患者人格改变与智力水平及损伤程度的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨人格改变程度在脑损伤对智力水平影响中的作用,即探讨人格改变程度的中介效应。方法:采用格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)、脑外伤后人格改变评定量表(SPCPTBI)和中国修订韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC),对148例在安徽省精神卫生中心进行司法鉴定的脑外伤被试开展研究。结果:被试脑损伤程度与人格改变程度显著正相关,和智力水平显著负相关,人格改变程度与智力水平显著负相关;人格改变程度在脑损伤程度对智力水平的影响中起到部分中介的作用。结论:人格改变程度在脑损伤程度对智力水平的影响中起到部分中介作用。Objective:To study the role of personality change in the impact of brain damage on intelligence level,which is to explore the mediating effect of personality change.Methods:Using the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),the Scale of Personality Change Post-traumatic Brain Injury(SPCPTBI)and the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised in China(WAIS-RC)to study 148 cases of traumatic brain injury who were forensic in the Mental Health Center of Anhui Province.Results:The degree of brain damage was significantly positively correlated with the degree of personality change,and negatively correlated with the level of intelligence.The degree of personality change was significantly negatively correlated with the level of intelligence.The degree of personality change plays a partial intermediary role in the degree of brain damage on the level of intelligence.Conclusion:The degree of personality change plays a partial intermediary role in the degree of brain damage on the level of Intelligence.
