摘　　要：高职院校自主运营管理校内实训基地需要在管理团队建设、重点工作内容、工作保障、激励机制等方面做出策略安排。运营管理要在物料管理、现场管理、教学管理、服务管理等方面达到精益管理的要求,现场教学模组可用于描述实训教学现场“人、机、物、环境”要素组合,实训教学组织体系化是高职院校内部质量保证体系运行的重要组成部分。In the autonomous operation and management of the practical training base,vocational colleges need to make strategic arrangements in the aspects of management team construction,key work content,work guarantee,incentive mechanism and so on.The operation management should meet the requirements of lean management in material management,site management,teaching management and service management.The field teaching module can be used to describe the combination of the elements of"human,machine,object and environment"in the field of practical teaching.Systematization of practical teaching is an important part of the operation of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges.
