摘　　要：在国有企业的发展中,行政管理是其中重要的环节,影响着整个企业的发展水平。所以提升国有企业行政管理的效率具有重要的意义。论文从国有企业行政管理的问题出发,探究国有企业行政管理效率提升的策略,以期提高国有企业管理的水平和竞争力,促进国有企业获得持续性发展,进而为我国其他企业的发展发挥榜样的力量,推动我国经济的全面发展。In the development of state-owned enterprises,administrative management is an important link,which affects the development level of the whole enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the administrative management efficiency of state-owned enterprises.Starting from the problems of the administrative management in state-owned enterprises,this paper explores the strategies of improving the administrative management efficiency in state-owned enterprises,so as to improve the management level and competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,promote the state-owned enterprises to achieve sustainable development,and then play an exemplary role for the development of other enterprises in China,and promote the overall development of China's economy.
