摘　　要：旋转流变仪是研究材料流变学特性的重要工具,在各行各业有着广泛的应用。文章主要研究了旋转流变仪在油墨粘度测试、树脂/油墨来料品质控制、半固化片粘温曲线测试、半固化片储存期测试、配方流变特性研究等PCB行业方面的应用。The rotary rheometer is an important tool for studying the rheological properties of materials and has a wide range of applications in various industries.This paper mainly studies the application of rotary rheometer in PCB industry such as ink viscosity test,resin/ink material quality control,pre-cured sheet viscosity temperature curve test,prepreg storage period test,formulation rheological property study.
