摘  要:培养具有创新精神和实践能力的人才,是当前高校人才培养的重要任务。该文阐述了OBE教学模式意义及应用在能源动力类专业教学中显著效果,详细论述了基于OBE工程教育模式的能源动力类专业创新实验类课程体系的建设内容,高校与企业密切合作,以行业实际工程为背景,结合创新类课程和科技创新活动,培养学生的创新思维能力,提升分析和解决问题的能力。实践表明,学生自主创新创业实践能力明显提高。Cultivating talents with innovative spirit and practical ability is an important task of talent training in colleges and universities.This paper expounds the significance and application of OBE(Outcome Based Education)teaching model and its advantages in the teaching of energy and power majors,and discusses in detail the construction content of the energy-based professional innovation experimental course system based on the OBE engineering education model.Universities and enterprises work closely to combine the innovative curriculum and scientific and technological innovation activities in the context of industry actual projects to cultivate students'innovative thinking ability and the ability to analyze and solve problems.The practice shows that the students'practical ability of independent innovation and entrepreneurship is significantly improved.
