摘　　要：提高教学质量是教育的永恒主题。实验课教学在整个教学环节中发挥着重要作用,如何通过实验教学提高学生的实践能力,培养创新精神是本科教学的重要目标。在微生物实验教学过程中,我们采用全过程管理体系,设置实验模块、多元化的考核方式以及线上线下相结合等手段改革传统的教学方式,极大地激发了学生学习的潜能,培养了学生勇于创新、大胆实践的精神,期望对其他实验课的教学改革提供参考。Improving teaching quality is the eternal theme of education.Experiment teaching plays an important role in the whole teaching link.How to improve students'practical ability through experiment teaching and cultivate their innovative spirit is an important goal of undergraduate teaching.In the process of microbiology experiment teaching,the whole-process management system is adopted to set up experiment modules,diversified assessment methods and the combination of online and offline to reform the traditional teaching model,which can greatly stimulate students'learning potential and cultivate students'courage to innovate and practice.It is expected to provide reference for the teaching reform of other experiment courses.
