摘　　要：为了制定更符合内河实际情况的化学品船舶法规,对危险化学品的危害特性及其船舶控制措施、IBC规则对危险化学品污染类别划分,以及其船舶载运条件的确定进行研究,并在此基础上结合实船情况,提出针对内河化学品船船型的特别要求。In order to make the rulesmore reasonable for inland waterway ships carrying dangerous chemicals,the hazardous characteristics of dangerous chemicals and the safety control ofships were investigated,as well as the classification of dangerous chemicals pollution and the ship carrying conditions in IBC code.Thespecial requirements for the types of inland waterway ships carrying dangerous chemicals were proposed combined with the conditions of actual ships.
