终身教育背景下高校继续教育发展新思路

摘　　要：高校继续教育在更新个人知识结构、增强个人适应社会的能力和促进个人全面发展等方面起着重要的作用。在构建终身教育体系的时代背景下,高校继续教育要转变发展理念,学历教育和非学历教育均衡发展,建设灵活多样的办学模式。强化科学管理,优化教学方法,建设资源共享平台,推进个性化、智能化学习进程,全面提高人才培养质量。加快推进监督体系建设,为高校继续教育健康发展提供保障。The continuing education in colleges and universities plays an important role in updating the structure of personal knowledge,enhancing individual s ability to adapt to society and promoting individual s all-round development.Under the background of constructing the lifelong education system,the continuing education in colleges and universities should change the concept of development,develop diploma education and non-diploma education in a balanced way,and build flexible modes of running schools.It is necessary to strengthen scientific management,optimize teaching methods,build a platform for resource sharing,promote personalized and intelligent learning process,and comprehensively improve the quality of talents training,so as to speed up the construction of supervision system and ensure the healthy development of continuing education in colleges and universities.
