摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,学习型教育逐渐成为当下社会体系建设中的重要任务。当前,高校开展继续教育是我国在教育领域实施的重要内容,能够为社会提供人才支撑。由于长期以来高校教育中教师教学理念过于陈旧,传统模式仍然占据教学主导地位,使得普通高校中继续教育教学效果不够明显,因此,需要针对这些问题积极探索创新路径,为普通高校实现教育改革和转型提供具体建议。With the development of social economy,learning education has gradually become an important task in the construction of the current social system.At present,continuing education in colleges and universities is an important part of China’s implementation in the field of education,which can provide social support for talents.Because the teaching concept of teachers in college education has been too old for a long time,the traditional model still occupies a dominant position in teaching,which makes the effect of continuing education in ordinary colleges insufficient.Therefore,in view of these problems,it is necessary to actively explore innovative ways and provide specific suggestions for the implementation of education reform and transformation in colleges and universities.
