摘　　要：职业院校作为培养高素质技术技能型人才的主阵地,学生通过学习专业知识将脑力劳动和体力劳动完美结合,形成精湛的技术技能。劳动是促进理论与实践结合、形成技能、促进发展的主要途径。本文将从人的全面发展视角,审视职业院校劳动教育体系,通过构建"一心四化"的劳动教育模式,提高学生的劳动素养,提升学生的职业技能,促进人的全面发展。As a main position for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges combine the best combination of mental and physical labor with professional knowledge to form superb technical skills.Labor is the main way to promote the combination of theory and practice,form skills and promote development.This paper will examine the labor education system of vocational colleges from the perspective of people’s all-round development,and construct a"one-minded and four-in-one"labor education modernization to improve the labor literacy of students,improve the students’vocational skills,and promote all-round development of human beings.
