现代远程教育背景下成人高等教育教学方法及手段的改革与创新

摘　　要：成人高等教育作为中国高等教育重要组成部分,不同于普通全日制高等教育,学生工学矛盾突出,学习受时间地点限制。现代远程教育因其具有随时随地学习等优势完美解决了成人高教的局限性。本文基于四川广播电视大学成人高教发展状况,对其教学方法和手段进行分析后发现:教学方法单一,教学手段运用不够灵活、有效。针对以上问题,结合现代远程教育背景提出:增加面授教学次数,丰富教学方法;增设网络虚拟实验室;实行"约课",制作"微课";运用"翻转课堂"理念,借鉴使用各种网络教学平台等改革创新措施。只有解决好改革过程中存在的技术及现实困境,才能更好地服务学生,为进一步发展继续教育、推进终身教育理念做出贡献。Adult higher education,as an important part of China’s higher education,is different from the general full-time higher education.Students’work study contradiction is prominent,and their study is limited by time and place.Modern distance education solves the limitations of adult higher education perfectly because of its advantages of learning anytime and anywhere.Based on the development of adult higher education in Sichuan Radio and Television University,this paper analyzes its teaching methods and means,and finds that:the teaching methods are single,the use of teaching methods is not flexible and effective.In view of the above problems,combined with the background of modern distance education,this paper puts forward:increasing the number of face-to-face teaching,enriching the teaching methods;adding network virtual laboratory;implementing“course appointment”,making“micro class”;using“flipped classroom”concept,using various network teaching platforms for reference and other reform and innovation measures.Only by solving the technical and practical difficulties in the process of reform can we better serve students and contribute to the further development of continuing education and the promotion of lifelong education.
