摘  要:通过高职对“双主体、融合式、共同体”育人模式的概念甄别,指出其特征为具有校内主体和校外主体育人,并且是校内主体和校外主体有机融合,协同同生的育人模式,并对其必要性进行了论述。对构建“双主体、融合式、共同体”育人模式的对策进行论述,认为应从设立企业准入制度和门槛、建立利益驱动保障机制、建立双方参与的考核评价机制等6方面来做好工作。Through the concept discrimination of "dual-subject, integration and community" education model in higher vocational education, it is pointed out that it has the characteristics of both on-campus and off-campus subject education, and is the organic integration of on-campus subject and off-campus subject. This paper discusses the necessity of the cooperative education model. It also discusses the countermeasures of constructing the "dual-subject, syncretic and community" education model. We should do a good job from six aspects, such as setting up enterprise admittance system and threshold, setting up benefit-driven safeguard mechanism, setting up check and evaluation mechanism.
