当代韩国农业教育行政构架、组织功能及启示

摘　　要：韩国政府把"国家保障农业教育优先发展的地位"作为推进农业经济发展的国策之一,凸显了韩国农业教育的举足轻重,而韩国农业教育事业的发展以及农业教育体系的完善离不开韩国相对成熟的行政体系支撑。了解韩国农业教育体系的行政构架和组织功能,对我国农业教育行政体系的完善有一定的启示作用。South Korean government has claimed it as one of their national policies that its government shall ensure to put agricultural education in priority position in its whole education system to support the development of agriculture economy.That reflects the importance of agriculture education in South Korea.The success of its agriculture education relies greatly on the support of its functional administration system.The discussion about the agriculture education administration system in South Korea will offer inspiration to our effort to have such a functional system of its kind in China.
