课程思政构建策略及路径——以《行政法与行政诉讼法》课程为例

摘　　要：习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作的会议上提出,高校思想政治工作关系高校培养怎样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本的问题。高校要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节来抓,贯穿于教学的全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人,努力开创我国高等教育事业发展的新局面。[1]文章首先对课程思政综述做了阐释,其次对课程思政融入《行政法与行政诉讼法》课程的实施方案、策略进行了论述,最后对课程思政路径进行了构建。Colleges and universities must persist in taking cultivating people with morality as the central link,run through the entire teaching process,realize full-course education,comprehensive education,and strive to create a new situation for the development of higher education in China.This paper first explains the overview of ideological and political course,then discusses the implementation plan and strategy of integrating ideological and political course into the course of"administrative law and administrative procedure law",and finally the path of ideological and political course is constructed.
