摘 要:岗位管理是人力资源管理的基础性工作,而岗位价值评估是岗位管理的关键环节。本文通过分析目前国有企业岗位价值评估工作的管理现状,总结梳理了市场中常见的岗位价值评估方法,探讨了如何有效构建国有企业岗位价值评估模型,提出了岗位价值评估三步法实操流程,并对企业实施成效进行总结分析,为国有企业开展岗位价值评估提供了借鉴和参考。Position management is the basic work of human resource management,and position value is the core part of position management.This paper analyzed the current management situation of position value assessment at state-owned enterprises,summarized the common assessment tools on position value,discussed how to effectively build a state-owned enterprise position value assessment model,and proposed a threestep procedure of position value assessment.This paper finally summarized and analyzed the effectiveness of implementing the procedure at the enterprises,which serves as a reference to carry out position value assessment for the state-owned enterprises.
