摘 要:目的探讨多种教学方法融合的“3L+模拟患者教学结合床旁实践法”应用于外科临床见习教学的教学效果。方法以见习医学生共100人为研究对象,随机分为实验组及对照组,通过考核及教学反馈评估教学效果,采用SPSS 21.0统计软件分析。结果两组学员在见习后的理论测试、技能考核和总成绩方面无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),实验组平均成绩尤其是技能考核成绩高于对照组学员。课后学员调查反馈显示,实验组学员较对照组学员在学习兴趣,自学能力,临床思维能力方面的提高给予了更高的认可(P<0.05),在基础知识的掌握和团队协作能力的提高方面两组学员的认可情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验组学员的教学总体满意度较对照组学员更高(P<0.05)。结论“3L+模拟患者教学结合床旁实践法”对于外科临床见习教学具有一定的优势及可行性。Objective To explore the teaching effect of multiple teaching modes combined with simulation and practice in surgical clinical noviciate education.Methods A total of 100 medical noviciate students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The teaching effect was evaluated through examination and teaching feedback,and analyzed with statistical software of SPSS 21.0.Results There had no significant differences in theoretical test,skill examination and total score between these two groups(P>0.05).The average scores of experimental group,especially the score of skill examination,were higher than those in control group.The feedback of students after class showed that students in experimental group were highly recognized for their interest in learning,ability to self-study and clinical thinking than control group(P<0.05).There had no significant difference in grasping basic knowledge and improving the ability of teamwork between these two groups(P>0.05).The students’overall teaching satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multiple teaching mode combined with simulation and practice has advantages and feasibility for surgical clinical noviciate education.
