摘  要:为了解企业对具备“双创”能力“食品市场营销”人才需求的现状,通过问卷调研的方式对食品类相关企业进行了调研。通过对调研的信息统计分析,并结合当前企业对高职院校培养食品类人才“双创”能力的需求,分析“食品市场营销”课程的教育现状,对课程标准进行设计,为高职院校“食品市场营销”课程教学改革提供借鉴和参考的同时,使食品专业学生对企业市场营销类人才需求的方向有进一步了解。In order to understand the current situation of enterprises'demand for Food Marketing talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability who graduate from higher vocational colleges,the food-related enterprises were investigated by questionnaire.Based on the statistical analysis of the survey information and combined with the current demand of enterprises for the cultivation of double innovation ability of food talents in higher vocational colleges,the current situation of education of Food Marketing course was analyzed,and the curriculum standard of Food Marketing course was designed.This paper could provide reference for the teaching reform of Food Marketing course in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,students majoring in food industry had a better understanding of the direction of the demand for enterprise marketing talents.
