基  金:基于生产过程的应用型本科专业“畜产品加工工艺学”教学改革探索与实践项目(JG2018YB46)。

摘  要:在高校应用型人才培养模式的驱动下,结合学校、学科专业定位,地方畜产品产业发展特色,对食品专业“畜产品加工工艺学”课程教学改革进行了探索研究,通过合理调整教学内容、创新教学方法、完善实习实践和考核方式,增强了学生自主学习兴趣,提高了学生创新实践能力,从而实现“畜产品加工工艺学”教学改革的目标,培养社会需要的应用型人才。Driven by the training mode of applied talents in colleges and universities,combined with the orientation of schools,disciplines and specialties,and the development characteristics of local animal products industry.This paper explored and studied the teaching reform of Animal Products Processing Technology course for food specialty.Through reasonable adjustment of teaching content,innovation of teaching methods,improvement of practice and assessment methods.In order to achieve the goal of teaching reform of Animal Products Processing Technology and cultivate the applied talents needed by the society,we should strengthen students'interest in independent learning and improve students'innovative and practical abilities.
