摘　　要：文明,不同于经济、教育,它是一座城市最深处流动的血液。创建全国文明城市,不仅让城市的"面子"更好看,也让城市的"里子"更舒服。济南市自2017年正式迈入全国文明城市行列至今3年的时间里,文明的张力在这里实现不断超越,文明的理念在市民心中深耕厚植。Unlike economy and education,civilization is an inherent part of a city's character.The construction of National Civilized City can not only bring dramatic changes to the image of a city but also initiate a big transformation for its temperament.Jinan has been honored as a National Cilized City for three straight years since 2017.
