摘  要:建立了一种超高效液相色谱法测定饮料中10种常见的食品添加剂。经ACQUITYUPLC?BEHC18(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm)色谱柱进行分离,以0.02mol/L乙酸铵和甲醇溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速0.15mL/min,检测器波长在230nm处进行检测,并以外标法进行定量。通过优化色谱分离条件,该方法实现了饮料中10种食品添加剂在10min内各组分可得到完全分离,标准曲线在0.050~50.0μg/mL范围间呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为0.0017~0.0034μg/mL,加标回收率为97.9%~101.1%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.69%~2.8%。结果表明,该方法具有线性范围宽、检出限低、灵敏度高、重复性好等优点,能满足饮料中10种食品添加剂的快速检测要求。This purpose of this study is to establish a method of UPLC for the determination of 10 kinds of food additives.Separated by ACQUITY UPLC®BEH C18(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm)with ammonium acetate(0.02mol/L)/methanol as the gradient element with a flow rate 0.15mL/min at 30℃,and a diode array detector was used to detect at 230nm.The optimized separation of ten kinds of food additives in 10 min was carried out by optimizing the pretreatment process.The linear relationship between ten kinds of food additives was better under optimized conditions.The standard curves had good linearity within the range of 0.050~50.0μg/mL,the detection limit was 0.0017~0.0034μg/mL,the relative standard deviation(RSDs)was 0.69%~2.8%,and the average recovery rate was 97.9%~101.1%.The results showed that the method has the advantages of low detection limit,high sensitivity and good reproduction,and can meet the requirements for the determination of ten food additives in beverage.
