摘　　要：从健康中国国家战略高度与跨界融合世界发展趋势角度出发,分析显示,医生个人能力的提升、“医学+X”跨界合作、健康中国战略实施都离不开医学人文合作精神,进而明确了医学人文合作精神教育的重要性与迫切性。针对我国医学生人文合作精神的现况,适时提出从医学院校管理部门、医学人文课程教师、非医学人文课程教师以及校园文化几个方面出发开展教育活动。From the perspective of the national strategy of Healthy China and the international trend of cross-border integration,this article discusses the improvement of doctors'personal capability,"medicine+X"cross-border cooperation,and the implementation of Healthy China strategy.Then it further clarifies the importance and urgency of the spirit education of medical humanities cooperation.In view of the current situation of the humanities cooperation spirit of medical students in our country,this article timely proposes to carry out educational activities from the aspects of medical college management departments,medical humanities course teachers,non-medical humanities course teachers and campus culture.
