论武术形神观的美学内涵与建构方式

摘  要:在形神关系的认识上,中国武术以为,形动而神俱,形动而神随。形神相随观点普遍地存在于武术思想中。在传统武学思想中,人们始终推崇形神兼备的武道修为。武术形神观主要通过两种途径得以实现:其一,以对“意”的把握,探究“心”、“意”、“神”的沟通;其二,基于“意”之体悟,而生成“气”、“韵”的意义凝结,从而渐入“气韵生动”的精神境界。因此,以“意”入神、“气韵生动”,成为了中国武术独特的形神思维范式。On the understanding of the relationship between form and spirit,Wushu believes that form moves with spirit,and spirit follows the move of form.The idea of"form and spirit going hand in hand"generally exists in Wushu thoughts.In the traditional Wushu thought,people always praise highly the martial arts accomplishments with both form and spirit.Wushu's view of form and spirit can be realized mainly through two ways:first,to grasp"meaning"and explore the communication of"Xin"(thinking),"Yi"(meaning)and"Shen"(spirit);Secondly,based on the understanding of"Yi",the meaning of"Qi"(air)and"Yun"(rhyme)is condensed,thus gradually entering the spiritual realm of"vivid Qi and Yun".Therefore,it has become a unique form and spirit thinking of Chinese martial arts to absorb meaning in spirit,and to be vivid in air and rhyme.
