摘 要:[目的]通过对助产专业人才培养模式的改革,探索符合高职助产专业人才培养的培养模式。[方法]选取清远职业技术学院助产专业2013级和2014级学生,每个年级约120人,分2班,每班约60人,每年随机选取其中一个班为改革班,另一班为对照班,改革班采取“2+2+1”的人才培养模式,对照班采取传统的“2+1”的人才培养模式;通过调查问卷等方法比较改革班与对照班学生在护士资格证通过率、护士资格证考试成绩、学生对人才培养方案的认可度、医院对实习生及毕业生的满意率和优秀率、学生就业率等方面的差异性。[结果]改革班学生护士资格证考试成绩、学生对人才培养方案的认可度、医院对实习生和毕业生的满意率及优秀率均高于对照班(p<0.05),但改革班学生的护士资格证通过率、就业率和对照班比较无显著差异性(p>0.05)。[结论]助产专业“2+2+1”的人才培养模式比传统的“2+1”的人才培养模式更加合理优化。[Objective]The training mode reform of midwifery specialty in higher vocational colleges was explored.[Method]About 120 students Midwifery major students of grades 2013 and 2014 respectively in Qingyuan Polytechnic were selected and divided into 2 classes,about 60 students per each class.One is selected as the reform class and the other as the control class.The reform class adopted the“2+2+1”talent training mode,while the control class adopted the traditional“2+1”talent training mode.By means of questionnaire and other methods,the differences between the students of the reform class and the control class in the pass rate of nurse qualification certificate,the score of nurse qualification certificate,the recognition degree of the students to the talent training program,the satisfaction rate and excellent rate of the interns and graduates,and the employment rate of the students were compared.[Results]The results of the examination for the nurse qualification certificate of the students in the reform class,the recognition degree of the students to the talent training program,the satisfaction rate and excellent rate of the hospital to the interns and graduates were all higher than those of the control class(p<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the pass rate of the nurse qualification certificate and the employment rate of the students in the reform class and the control class(p>0.05).[Conclusion]The“2+2+1”talent cultivation mode of midwifery major is more reasonable and optimized than the traditional“2+1”talent cultivation mode.
