摘  要:华文师资培养是华文教育的重要组成部分。东南亚华文教育的可持续发展有赖于师资的本土化培养。基于对闽江师范高等专科学校华文师资研修班学员的调查与分析提出:发挥本土华文教师先导作用,建立华文教师的储备制,推行汉语教师志愿者引领模式,有助于东南亚华文师资本土化建设。The training of Chinese teachers is an important part of Chinese education.The sustainable development of Chinese education in Southeast Asia depends on the localization of teachers.Based on the investigation and analysis of the students of the Chinese teacher training class in Minjiang Teachers College,it is proposed that the leading role of local Chinese teachers should be played,the reserve system of Chinese teachers should be established,and the Chinese teacher volunteer guidance model should be implemented to help the localization of Chinese teachers in Southeast Asia.
