摘　　要：习近平总书记提出加强社会心理服务体系建设的明确要求,高校心理服务体系建设是社会心理体系建设的重要环节。新时代建设高校心理服务体系的新形势对高校心理健康教育工作者的工作实践模式、专业胜任能力和学习理念等都提出了新要求。然而,目前高校心理健康教育工作者面临着职业定位模糊、专业发展受阻以及个人成长缓慢等若干现实困境,阻碍了高校心理健康教育工作者的发展和高校心理服务体系的建设。为了进一步提升心理育人的质量,积极推进心理健康教育改革,需要从培养模式制度化、队伍建设专业化、个人成长持续化3个方面出发,使得新时代高校心理健康教育工作者从困境中实现突围。General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward a clear requirement to strengthen the construction of social psychological service system,in which the construction of psychological service system in universities is an important part in the construction of social psychological system.In the new era,the new situation of the construction of psychological service system in universities sets up new requirements for the working and practicing mode,professional competence and learning concept for university mental health workers.However,at present,the mental health workers in universities are still faced with some practical difficulties,such as vague professional positioning,hard professional development and slow personal career growth,which could hinder the development of mental health workers in universities and the construction of mental service system in universities.In order to further improve the quality of psychological education and actively promote the reform of mental health education,it is necessary to make breakthrough from three aspects:the institutionalization of training mode,the specialization of team building and the sustainability growth of personal career,so as to make college mental health workers break out of the adversity.
