摘　　要：教师群体中的青年教师是学校可持续发展的主力,其整体素质以及教学创新能力的强弱对教学质量有着重大影响。在系统创新思维理论(SIT)的指导下,从个性品质、知识或素养、教学创新思维、创新实践及成果四个维度构建了青年教师教学能力评价模型,助力青年教师主动提升教学创新能力,加快青年教师在课堂教学主阵地的改革与创新进程,创造性地解决教学中的实际问题,逐步成长为创新型教师。Young teachers are the main force of sustainable development in different schools and colleges.Their overall quality and teaching innovation ability have a significant impact on the quality of teaching.The popularization and application of Systematic Innovative Thinking(SIT)in the field of education can accelerate the process of teachers’innovation in the main position of classroom teaching.Guided by SIT theory,the evaluation model of young teachers’teaching ability is constructed from four dimensions:personality quality,knowledge or accomplishment,teaching innovative thinking,innovative practice and achievements.It can help young teachers improve their teaching innovative ability,solve practical problems in teaching,and gradually grow up to be an innovative teacher.
