摘  要:结合实验教学中实际经验和课程需求,利用学科优势,依托前沿科研成果,设计并建设了拟南芥CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑虚拟仿真实验系统,将虚拟仿真技术应用于遗传学实验教学。通过该实验系统,学生不仅可以自主学习并掌握基因编辑的相关理论知识和全过程实验操作,有效激发学习兴趣,还可以通过反复练习并配合实体实验教学,切实提高实践能力。该实验开拓了遗传学虚拟仿真实验新资源和实验教学新途径。Based on the experience in experimental teaching practice and curriculum requirements,by taking the advantage of the discipline and relying on the scientific research achievements,the virtual simulation technology is applied to the genetics experiment teaching.A virtual simulation experiment system,i.e.,CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing in Arabidopsis thaliana,is developed.Through this virtual experiment system,students can learn the relevant theoretical knowledge and the entire process of experimental operation independently,which effectively stimulates their interest and curiosity.The system can also improve their practical ability through repeatedly practicing the operation online along with traditional bench-top experiment offline.This system,as a new resource of genetic virtual simulation experiment,forms a new way of genetic experiment teaching.
