高校第一课堂与第二课堂融合发展协同育人机制研究

摘　　要：为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人,高校在教育教学各方面需要协同发挥作用,特别是第一课堂与第二课堂的深度融合、协同育人。针对国内高校第一课堂与第二课堂建设发展过程中长期存在的某种程度脱节问题,在充分借鉴相关研究成果的基础上,提出提高协同育人的思想认识、构建协同育人的人才培养体系、建立健全协同育人体制机制的思路与措施。In order to train constructors and successors of socialist cause,who are fully developed in training all-round ability in areas,such as morals,intelligence,physical fitness and work andaesthetics,colleges and universities should cooperate all aspects in educational teaching,especially the deep integration and training cooperation of the first and second class.According to the problems of disjoint to some degree,and on the basis of related research results,thinking and countermeasures of improving ideological understanding,constructing training system,and perfecting mechanism of synergy educating mechanism.
