摘　　要：为进一步深化人才培养模式,完善课程体系,建立校企育人的长效机制,在校企合作模式下,提出人才培养方案的制定及实施方法。应健全与现代学徒制相适应的管理制度,做好组织、政策和资金的保障及实训基地建设。In order to further deepen talent training model,to perfect curriculum system,and to establish long-term mechanism of training students by schools and enterprises,under the model of cooperation of schools and enterprises,implement and practice methods of talent training are proposed.It is suggested to perfect the management system,which is suitable for modern apprenticeship,to guarantee organization,policy and fund and to construct training base.
