摘　　要：我国解决就业结构型矛盾的突破口是提升大学生求职者的职业能力。胜任素质构成要素要求从企业需求的岗位胜任能力出发,在教学内容、教学手段、成绩考核、创造性思维培养、道德品质素质、师资队伍建设六个方面对大学生进行胜任素质提升的教育和培养,市场需求的变化促进高校以培养学生胜任能力为目标,培养企业需要的具有职业能力的复合型人才。The breakthrough to solve the contradiction of employment structure in our country is to improve the professional ability of college students.Qualified quality components requires,from the post competence of enterprise needs,in the teaching content,teaching means,performance appraisal,creative thinking training,moral character quality,teachers team construction of college students up to six aspects to promote the change of market demand in order to cultivate students'competence as the goal and develop enterprises need compound talents with professional skills.
