新时代开展幼儿体育的现状分析与改革对策研究——以罗定市部分幼儿园为例

摘　　要：幼儿体育是健康中国背景下我国健康人口的基础,青少年体育普及与提高的基础,在幼儿灵敏、认知、协调、平衡、语言等最敏感的时期,通过体育为他们建立条件反射,将有利于他们为健康生活、阳光生活、积极生活奠定良好的生理、心理和社会基础。本研究采用文献资料研究法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,以罗定市20所幼儿园(市区10所、乡镇10所)为研究对象,通过调查发现幼儿园没有配备专职、专业的体育教师,体育活动场所缺乏,器材配备不足;体育活动以体育游戏(80.3%)、基本体操(81.1%)和基本动作(75%)为主,户外活动以无目的、无组织、无活动内容的自由活动居多。同时,提出改善建议,为罗定市及广东省类似地区的幼儿体育工作提供科学借鉴及参考。Children’s physical education is the foundation of China’s healthy population under the background of healthy China, and the foundation of physical education popularization and improvement of youth.In children’s sensitive, cognitive, coordination, balance, language and other most sensitive periods, through sports to establish conditioned reflexfor them, it will be conducive to lay a good physiological,mental and social basis for their healthy life, sunshine life, and positive life.This study adopted the methods of literature research, interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, etc., and took 20 kindergartens(10 in urban areas and 10 in townships) in Luoding city as the research object. Through the investigation, it was found that kindergartens were not equipped with full-time and professional physical education teachers, and lacking of sports places and equipment.The main sports activities are sports games(80.3%), basic gymnastics(81.1%) and basic movements(75%). The majority of outdoor activities are free activities without any purpose, organization or activity content.At the same time, suggestions for improvement are put forward to provide scientific reference for the children’s sports work in Luoding city and similar areas in Guangdong province.
