“工匠精神”视域下的“职业生涯规划”课程教学探索

摘　　要："职业生涯规划"是高职院校大学生进校后第一学年开设的课程。该文以中药专业为例,以培养具有工匠精神的中医药传承人为目标,帮助学生树立职业生涯意识,明确就业方向、确立职业目标,引导学生了解自己的专业、行业工作岗位的需求以及进行自我剖析,并制定与自己兴趣、性格、技能、价值观相匹配的职业生涯规划及实施方案。这对传承中医药文化、培养掌握中药传统技术技能的高素质、高技能实用型专门人才有着重要的现实意义。"Career Planning"is a course opened in the first academic year of college students in higher vocational colleges.Taking the traditional Chinese medicine major as an example,and aiming at cultivating traditional Chinese medicine inheritors with craftsmanship,this paper helps students establish a career awareness,clarify employment directions and establish career goals,guides students to understand their major and the requirements of the industry and related jobs,analyze themselves,and formulate career planning and implementation plans that match their interests,personality,skills,and values.This is of important practical significance for the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine culture,the training of traditional technical skills of traditional Chinese medicine,and the cultivation of high-quality,high-skilled and practical professionals.
