全域旅游背景下服务业外语技术技能人才培养模式研究--以张家界市为例

摘　　要：培养适应国家及地方经济社会发展需求、具有国际视野、能灵活运用外语沟通交流的实用型技术技能人才是高职院校外语课程的教学目标。秉承"服务地方"办学理念的张家界航院是张家界市唯一的高职院校,每年为地方旅游服务行业培养了近千名技术技能人才。反思学院现有外语课程及教学体系的整体布局,未能与"对标提质、旅游强市"的战略相契合。该文以教师、教材、教法为切入点,探索与"实现本市全域旅游国际化"背景相融合的、具有地方特色的外语技术技能人才培养模式。It is the teaching goal of foreign language courses in higher vocational colleges to cultivate practical talents meeting the needs of national and local economic and social development,who have technical skills,an international perspective and the ability to use foreign languages flexibly in communication.Adhering to the educational concept of"serving the local place",Zhangjiajie Institute of Aeronautical Engineering,as the only higher vocational college in Zhangjiajie City,cultivates nearly a thousand talents with technical skills for the local tourism service industry every year.Reflecting on the overall layout of the institute's existing foreign language courses and teaching system,we found that they fail to fit in with the strategy of"improving quality according to benchmarks and strengthening the city with tourism".Therefore,taking teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods as the starting point,this paper explores the training mode of talents with foreign language skills with local characteristics and integrated with the background of"realizing the internationalization of the city's all-for-one tourism".
