摘　　要：高职院校就业指导课程教学存在使用的教材无高职特色、课程内容脱离学生需求、教学评价无法有效评估等问题。通过丰富课程内容、转变教学形式、提高教师队伍素养,构建多元化教学评价和激励模式等途径,可有效将思想政治教育融入到高职就业指导课程教学中。There are some problems in the teaching of employment guidance courses in higher vocational colleges,such as the teaching materials has no characteristics of higher vocational education,the contents are deviated from students'needs and the teaching evaluations are not effective,etc.Through enriching the course content,changing the teaching form,improving the teachers'quality and constructing the diversified teaching evaluation and incentive mode,the ideological and political education can be effectively integrated into the teaching of vocational employment guidance courses.
