摘　　要：对接国家职业教育改革对专业教学资源库建设与应用提出的新要求,基于水利水电建筑工程专业教学资源库建设和应用实践经验,构建了“三层次多维度”专业教学资源库建设、运行和应用新模式,提出了优质资源评价的“四优标准”,给出了基于共建共享联盟的多维运行机制和推广应用的多维范式。In order to meet the new requirements of national vocational education reform on the construction and application of specialty teaching resource database,based on the construction and application experience of teaching resource database of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Engineering specialty,a new model of the construction,operation and application of the teaching resource database of“Three levels and Multi-dimensions”is constructed.The“Four excellent standards”for quality resource evaluation is proposed.Based on the multi-dimension operation mechanism,the multi-dimension paradigm of popularization and application of co-construction and sharing alliance.
