中职复合型人才培养研究——基于“中国制造2025”战略

摘　　要：在全球新一轮的科技革命和产业转型升级的背景下,国家创造性地制定了“中国制造2025”发展战略,与此同时也对中职院校人才培养的类型提出了新的要求。通过结合中职人才培养现状,分析了目前中职复合型人才能力培养方面存在的问题,并从专业能力、创新能力以及“软技能”方面提出了培养中职复合型人才的有效路径。In the context of a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation and upgrading,the country creatively formulated the"Made in China 2025"development strategy,at the same time,also put forward new requirements for the type of personnel training in secondary vocational colleges and universities.Based on the current situation of the cultivation of vocational talents,this paper analyzes the problems in the cultivation of vocational talents,and puts forward the effective ways of cultivating vocational talents from the aspects of professional ability,innovation ability and“soft skills”.
