摘　　要：基于积极心理学的相关原理与方法,构建优美和谐社区,关注弱势群体的人格成长及创建积极组织系统,并在各级政府分工指导下,通过加强专业队伍建设、统筹资源、建立监督评估机制等保障措施,达到培育农村社区居民积极向上的社会心态的目的.This study is based on the relevant principle and method of positive psychology.Through building a harmonious community,paying more attention to the personality growth of disadvantaged groups and constructing positive system,under the guidance of various levels of government,the construction of professional teams should be strengthened,the resources should be coordinated,and a supervision and evaluation system should be established,in order to cultivate rural community residents positive and optimistic attitude to the society.
