摘  要:现代学徒制是一项推进人才培养模式创新的重要举措。本文以云南国防工业职业技术学院化学工程学院应用化工技术专业学生为例,开展现代学徒制探索工作。通过校企联合培养、工学交替、“双导师”引导等方式,建立一体化育人的长效机制,有效地提高了学生的职业技能,积累了实践操作经验。这种新的模式是学校与企业的合作形式新的突破,强化产教融合、工学结合,进一步提高了应用化工技术专业人才培养质量和水平,并深化产教融合。Modern apprenticeship is an important measure to promote the innovation of talent training models.Taking the students of Yunnan Chemical Industry Vocational and Technical College,School of Chemical Engineering,as an example,the modern apprenticeship exploration work was adopted.Through the combination of school-enterprise training,work-learning alternation,and“dual mentor”guidance,etc.,students vocational skills and accumulated practical experience were effectively improved.This new model was a new breakthrough in the form of cooperation between schools and enterprises.The integration of production and education and the integration of engineering and learning were strengthened,the quality and level of training professionals in applied chemical technology were further improved,and the integration of production and education was further deepened.
