摘 要:随着国家交通运输部《港口岸电布局方案》等规划的出台以及民众环保意识的增强,船舶岸电技术逐渐普及并应用于我国各大港口。为实现船舶与岸电的高效率对接,分析研究了图像分割、轮廓识别、目标跟踪、视觉识别等技术在岸电对接系统中的应用,提出了从识别待对接船舶开始的、完整的新型自动化岸电对接方案,以期该方案能够满足靠港船舶与港口的需求,提高港口作业效率且有利于促进岸电技术的推广。With the introduction of“port electricity layout plan”by the ministry of transport and the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection,the technology of ship shore power has been gradually popularized and applied to major ports in China.To achieve the high efficiency of the ship and shore power,this article analysis and study the image segmentation,contour recognition,target tracking,visual recognition technologies such as onshore electric docking system,the application of proposed a set of complete from recognition to ship docking scheme of new type automatic docking shore power,so the scheme can satisfy the port of shipping and port requirements,improve the efficiency of its port operations and promoting the popularization of shore power technology.
