摘 要:为了提高颗粒食品定量称量效率、降低工人劳动强度、提高称量精度,设计一款基于DSP的食品定量分装机控制系统。分析颗粒食品定量分装机结构,并介绍定量称重工艺流程。基于TMS320F2812 DSP设计了控制系统硬件结构,设计DSP驱动电机控制电路,为提高称重系统称量精度通过INA122放大器对传感器信号进行放大。对食品定量称重控制系统软件采用模块设计方法,实现粗料和精料定量同时进行,提高称量精度及称量效率。系统经过现场安装调试后,能够稳定可靠运行。In order to improve the efficiency of grain food quantitative weighing, to reduce the labor intensity of workers and to improve the weighing accuracy, a control system of food quantitative weighing machine based on DSP was designed. The structure of granular food quantitative weighing machine was analyzed, and the quantitative weighing process was introduced. Based on the TMS320 F2812 DSP, the hardware structure of the control system was designed, and the control circuit of the motor driven by the DSP was designed. In order to improve the weighing accuracy of the weighing system, the sensor signal was amplified by the INA122 amplifier. The software of food quantitative weighing control system adopts modular design method, which realizes the simultaneous quantification of coarse materials and fine materials. It not only improved the weighing accuracy, but also improved the weighing efficiency. After field installation and debugging, the system could run stably and reliably.
