摘  要:禽蛋在包装流入市场前,生产企业均需对禽蛋外观品质进行检查,挑选出禽蛋外观完好的并剔除外观有缺陷的禽蛋。传统的人工检测方法存在劳动量大、检测效率低、检测错误率大等问题,为解决上述问题开发一套基于机器视觉的禽蛋外观品质在线检测系统。该系统采用CCD相机、计算机、图像采集卡、光源等作为系统硬件,并对采集的图像利用模板匹配、边缘检测、中值滤波等技术进行图像处理,实现禽蛋外观裂纹、污点等缺陷的检测。结果表明,系统能够准确识别出禽蛋外观缺陷,达到预期的检测效果。Before poultry eggs packaged into the market, the manufacturers should check the appearance quality of the eggs, select the eggs with good appearance and remove the eggs with defective appearance. Traditional manual detection methods have many problems, such as large workload, low detection efficiency and high detection error rate. In order to solve these problems, an on-line detection system of egg appearance quality based on machine vision was developed. The system uses CCD camera, computer, image acquisition card and light source as the hardware of the system. The images collection was processed by template matching, edge detection, median filtering and other technologies. The detection of appearance cracks and stains of eggs was realized. The experimental results showed that the system could accurately identify the defects in the appearance of eggs and achieve the desired detection results.
