摘　　要：目的探讨叙事治疗对肺癌患者负性情绪的影响。方法以河南省人民医院收治的100例肺癌患者为研究对象,患者治疗时间于2018年7月—2019年7月期间,采用随机数字表达将患者实施平分,每组各50例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在心理咨询师的辅助下加强叙事治疗,对比两组患者的负性情绪改善情况。结果两组患者的负性情绪与治疗前比较改善显著,与对照组比较,观察组负性情绪评分下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者伴有明显的焦虑及抑郁情绪,在心理咨询师的辅助下加强叙事治疗,患者的负性情绪得以显著改善。Objective To explore the effect of narrative therapy on negative emotions of lung cancer patients. Methods 100 patients with lung cancer were treated from July,2018 to July,2019. They were divided equally by random number expression,with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine care, and the patients in the observation group were given narrative treatment with the help of psychological consultants to compare the negative mood improvement of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the negative emotion score of the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with lung cancer have obvious anxiety and depression. With the help of psychotherapists, narrative therapy can enhance the negative emotions of patients.
