摘　　要：设计了一种工业过滤器自动焊接生产线,该生产线采用PLC控制,由输送台、搬运机器人、工业视觉系统、焊接机器人等组成,具有工件定位精度高,接管—边法兰组对焊接耗时少等优点,大大减少了工人的工作量,有效地提高了生产效率,可在工业过滤器行业进行应用推广。In order to reduce the manpower and times cost of industrial filter production,an automatic system was designed.The system is controlled by PLC,which is combi ned with conveying table,handing robot,in dustrial vision system,welding robot and so on.The system takes fewer times to weld the pipe and flange together and has high positioning accuracy.The system can be marketed in the filter industry because that it can greatly reduce the worker's work and effectively improve the production efficie ncy.
