粤港澳大湾区战略背景下珠三角地区高职专业设置与经济发展适配性研究

摘　　要：高职教育是粤港澳大湾区经济转型升级的重要支撑,珠三角地区作为广东高等职业教育的高度聚集地,在大湾区高新技能人才供给方面发挥重要作用。基于对珠三角现有产业结构、就业结构和高职专业结构的适配性分析,探索提高珠三角高职专业设置与区域产业结构适配性的路径,包括构建省-市-校三级专业设置调控预警机制;依据大湾区发展规划及区域产业结构升级需要优化专业结构;以地方特色发展道路建设专业(群),构建错位发展、优势互补的珠三角高职专业结构体系;高职院校专业集群发展,对接产业集群需求;建立产业-就业-专业结构信息发布平台,以中长期预测分析规划专业布局。Higher vocational education is an important support for the economic transformation and upgrading of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Zone. Pearl River Delta, as a highly concentrated area of higher vocational education in Guangdong, plays an important role in the supply of high-tech talents in the bay area.Based on the analysis of the adaptability of the existing industrial structure, employment structure and higher vocational structure in the Pearl River Delta, this paper explores the ways to improve the adaptability of the higher vocational specialty setting and regional industrial structure in the Pearl River Delta, this includes setting up a regulation and early warning mechanism for provincial-city-school major setting;optimizing the major structure according to the development plan of Greater Bay Zone and the need of upgrading the regional industrial structure;and developing the road construction major(group) with local characteristics,it is necessary to construct the professional structure system of higher vocational colleges in the Pearl River Delta, to link up the demand of industrial clusters, and to establish the information release platform of industry-employment-professional structure, analyzing and planning professional layout with medium and long-term forecast.
