“轻松教与学”项目能否有效提高教师表现之研究——以贵州省普定县为例

摘  要:以贵州省普定县为研究对象,采用问卷调查及访谈方法,对“轻松教与学”这一教师培训项目是否能有效提高教师情绪管理能力进而提升教学质量进行了研究。结果显示:该项目能够有效帮助教师自身建立更好的情绪管理,完善自我,从而优化教学工作,促进教师职业长期发展及教师个人精神成长,未来教师培训项目可以重点向教师的情绪管理及个人认知方面转移。This research carries out a case study in Puding County,Guizhou,China,in the form of questionnaire,with the aim of finding out whether the teacher-training programme entitled“Easy Teaching and Learning”is an effective to improve teachers’emotion management and thus to improve the teaching quality.The results suggest that this programme not only improves teachers’emotional awareness but also their self-recognition,and therefore to optimize teaching quality and promote the personal development and metal growth in a long run.Yet,the programme offers insights to future teacher training that the focus may shift to emotional well-being and self recognition.
