摘　　要：本研究从不同国家和地区对劳动者核心技能的需求以及企业对毕业生能力的要求出发,结合高等农科类教育的现状,阐述了目前我国高等农科类教育存在的问题及今后发展趋势,并从十九大报告的角度提出了我国高等农科类教育培养创新型和应用型人才的途径。From the requirements of different countries and regions for the core skills of workers and the requirements of enterprises for the ability of graduates,combined with the present situation of higher agricultural education,the shortcomings of higher agricultural education and the trend of higher agricultural education in China in the future were expounded,and some ways for cultivating innovative and applied talents in higher agricultural education were put forward in China from the point of view of the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
