摘  要:以经过预处理的山楂为起始原料,由冷冻干燥法制得山楂粉,经过筛选,选取乙醇的水溶液为提取溶剂。在此基础上,通过单因素实验考察了温度、提取时间、料液比、超声时间等主要工艺参数对提取效果的影响,并通过正交实验设计对提取工艺条件进行了优化。正交实验结果表明,提取山楂红色素的最优方案为:乙醇浓度70%、料液比1∶85、提取时间70min、超声时间40min,经3次重复验证实验确认了这一最优工艺条件。Hawthorn powder is prepared from pretreated hawthorn by freeze-drying method.After screening,ethanol is selected as the extraction solvent.On this basis,the influence of main process parameters such as temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and ultrasonic time on extraction effect is investigated by single factor experiment,and the extraction process conditions are optimized by four-factor three-level orthogonal array experimental design.The orthogonal experimental results show that the optimum extraction scheme of hawthorn red pigment is 70%ethanol,solid-liquid ratio 1∶85,extraction time 70 min and ultrasonic time 40 min.The optimum process conditions are confirmed by three repeated validation experiments.
