摘  要:现代学徒制作为人才培养的一种模式,已经被越来越广泛地应用在高职中,坚持合作共赢,职责共担,在“双主体、双身份、双管理、双考核、双导师”的校企协同育人机制下,校企双方系统设计人才培养方案、教学管理、考试评价、学生教育管理、招生与招工、师资配备、保障措施等工作,共同建立教学运行与质量监控体系,共同加强过程管理,建立校企“双标准”考核评价管理体系,形成多元教学组织管理与评价,制定与现代学徒制相适应的教学监控与运行机制,从而保障现代学徒制教学的质量。Modern apprenticeship as a mode of personnel training has been widely applied in higher vocational.It insists on win-win cooperation and shared responsibilities.In the"double main body and double identity,double management,assessment of double,double mentor"education mechanism,both the school and the enterprise have systematically designed the work of personnel training program,teaching management,examination evaluation,student education management,enrollment and recruitment,teacher allocation,and guarantee measures,and jointly established the teaching operation and quality control system,jointly strengthened the process management,established a"double-standard"examination and evaluation management system for the school and the enterprise,formed diversified teaching organization management and evaluation,and established a teaching monitoring and operating mechanism suitable for the modern apprenticeship system,so as to ensure the teaching quality of modern apprenticeship.
