摘　　要：大多数学校的科研登记一直沿用个人填报、部门汇总、学校审核方式,使用Excel文件进行流转。随着学校的科研积分计算办法发生了重大变革,由以往的单一计算,变更为团队核算、分解到人,登记表中的自动计算功能就尤为重要。本文将从实际应用出发,通过对登记表的数据规范和计算功能需求进行分析,设计并实现了填报过程中选择输入、信息自动补全和积分自动计算等功能,提高了填报和分析效率。In most schools,scientific research registration has been carried out in the form of individual filling,department summary and school audit,and the excel file is used for circulation.With the great changes in the calculation method of scientific research points in schools,from the previous single calculation to team accounting and decomposition to people,the automatic calculation function in the registration form is particularly important.This paper will start from the practical application,through the analysis of the data specification and calculation function requirements of the registration form,design and realize the functions of selection input,information automatic completion and integral automatic calculation in the filling process,which improves the filling and analysis efficiency.
